One on one therapy aimed at each child’s strengths and weaknesses.

Therapy of between 4 and 6 children focusing on a common goal with either one or two therapists guiding the learning process. We offer a variety of group therapy programs from fine motor skills, postural control and bilateral integration, emotional regulation, and social skills. With our groups we do an evaluation before and after to enable us to set goals for each group member.

At the schools we provided both individual therapy and group therapy sessions at a time convenient to your child’s class teacher, this enable us to have constant communication with their teacher and be on hand if they are having a challenging day. It is also more convenient for working parents to have therapy done at school. We insist that all therapists send weekly feedback to parents, so they know exactly how therapy is going on a weekly basis.

Our therapists can put together a comprehensive home program of activities that uses equipment you have at home to assist your child.

We provide training for both teachers and parents on a wide variety of Occupational therapy related topics.

For most children we do a comprehensive assessment looking at all years of their functioning to ensure we get to the root of their difficulties. A comprehensive written report is given to the parents along with a feedback session to go over the tests that where done. This is usually done within a week of the assessment. This assessment guides our therapy process. Should your child only have difficulty with one area such as with their fine motor skills we may just do a specific assessment looking into only that one area. We use standardized tests such as the SIPT, MAP, DTVP, TVPS McMaster handwriting assessment, SAISI clinical observations and soon the latest test of sensor integration the EASI.
